Welding
Our welding workshop specializes in a range of advanced welding techniques, including MIG, MAG, TIG, SEAM, and SPOT welding, utilizing plasma gas for precise finishing of weld lines, as well as a mixed gas of argon and CO2. We also handle smaller jobs using laser welding technology.
Additionally, our in-house R&D team, with support from suppliers in Germany and Japan, continuously researches ways to tackle complex welding challenges, improve fusion quality, and enhance aesthetic finishes.
Bending
Our bending process is set up for forming process for one-piece molding.
Size: From 12mm to 168.3mm
Thickness: Up to 3.5mm
Bending angle: Up to 90 degrees

Surface Treatment
With several automatic plating line, the plating process is stable and high effeciency.
